Your information

Waitlist privacy

This notice covers the Spork waitlist and optional CEO conversations. Spork is in development.

What we collect

We save your email address, ZIP code, whether you’re interested as a food lover, cook, or both, and when you joined. If you request a conversation, we also save that request, the time you opted in, and any first name or suggestions you choose to share.

How we use it

We use your details to understand interest, plan our Phoenix metro launch and future expansion, and send Spork development and launch updates. If you ask for a CEO conversation, we may contact you by email to arrange it. You do not need to request a conversation to stay on the waitlist.

Who can see it

Waitlist details are available to authorized Spork administrators and the hosting and storage providers needed to operate the service. Your email, ZIP code, and suggestions are not displayed publicly. We do not sell your waitlist information.

Booking a conversation

Optional meeting bookings take place on Google Calendar. We do not automatically send your waitlist details to Google when you join. Information you enter on Google’s booking page is handled by Google and shared with the meeting organizer to manage your appointment. See Google’s privacy policy.

Storage and retention

We retain waitlist information while it is needed for development, launch updates, and requested conversations. We remove it when it is no longer needed or when you request removal, subject to any required recordkeeping.

Your choices

You can choose not to request a conversation and can ask to leave the waitlist, withdraw your conversation request, or correct your details.

For questions or requests, email officialsporkeats@gmail.com.

Service information

This waitlist does not collect payment details, exact pickup addresses, food-safety documents, or passwords. It does not create a marketplace account. Any future app will have its own appropriate terms and privacy information.
